Key Responsibilities & Technical Work: 1. Program, modify, and troubleshoot Mitsubishi PLC-based control systems for manufacturing equipment 2. Develop and maintain Pro-face (GP-Pro EX) HMI interfaces to support equipment operation, monitoring, and diagnostics 3. Perform electrical wiring design for control systems, including signal routing, component integration, and panel-level implementation 4. Conduct hands-on electrical and control system troubleshooting to minimize downtime and restore production equipment efficiently 5. Analyze equipment behavior and control logic to identify root causes of failures and performance issues 6. Support continuous improvement of control systems to enhance equipment stability, reliability, and production efficiency 7. Work closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, maintenance, and process engineering to implement control-related solutions 8. Operate within strict industrial safety and manufacturing compliance environments
