1.Responsible for the fixed asset operation for 39 ledgers over 20 countries. Details as below:(1)Monthly maintain CIP tracker, and work through over budget or over ECD projects with project owners(2)Perform fixed asset capitalization, transfer, disposal transaction(3)Monthly run depreciation and prepare fixed asset register(4)Monthly foreign exchange adjustment for Non-USD books2.Prepare fixed asset reports as per business requirements3.Fixed asset projection and budgeting for next fiscal year4.Support internal and external audit. Provide supporting to auditors, explain detailed process to auditors, and answer quires. Report high risk items to managers, and discuss for solution5.Perform quarterly reconciliation. Identify open items, discuss with related person, and make adjustments to solve these items before next quarter closing6.Support for system upgrades or system change, perform problem solving and coordination work from system testing phase to final production phase7.Support for the fixed asset module creation for new ledgers8.Digital transformation projects operation and management

1.Prepare 2014, 2015, 2016 annual reports and contribution reports, discuss results, improvements and issues with board members2.Prepare cash-based income statement internally and perform corresponding financial analysis for internal use3.Collaborate with senior accountant to prepare quarterly reports and budget plans4.Assist senior accountant on monthly bank reconciliation and general ledger maintenance
