• Working closely with process engineering in PECVD section to develop equipment specification for next generation products. • Lead equipment maintenance team in troubleshooting equipment failure by providing technical guidance on all matters of reliability engineering. • Collaborate with equipment vendors in new machine installation project and ensure proper service delivery. • Responsible in Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentations of machinery and equipment as well as provide trainings to relevant employees. • Involved in effective and systematic spare parts management to ensure the availability of spare parts at optimum cost.

• Assure continuous reliability of production equipment and processes to achieve higher equipment productivity and maintain high quality of product in PECVD section. • Investigate failure of equipment by applying Root Cause Analysis (RCA) practices as well as perform effective preventive maintenance to optimize the reliability of equipment in compliance with safe work environment. • Assist in the development, execution and implementation of process improvements identified and scheduled in annual improvement targets • Generate 8D reports to identify the root cause of machine failure and develop corrective and preventive actions to eliminate the circumstance under which the problem occurred. • Perform periodic inspection of current inventory status of maintenance part and purchase the part as needed.
