• Process development and support manufacturing of various products through EVT, DVT, and PVT life cycle • Investigate, develop and implement emerging technology for new products for cheaper and better manufacturability • Perform Failure Analysis (FA) and Design of Experiments (DOEs) to validate design/production changes in order to achieve higher FPY • Fixture and tooling development from concept to fabrication, evaluation and implementation to increase manufacturing accuracy and increase manufacturing yield • Implementing Six Sigma methodologies such as DOEs, risk assessment, process FMEAs, cause and effect studies to successfully troubleshoot factory failure and drive design changes • Drive production yield improvement and cycle time reduction, introducing robots and automation based on return of investment and to maximize quality • Capture and document manufacturing issue and drive action plans in NPI phase in order to achieve higher quality to enable delivery of a mature manufacturing process into Mass Production
