Research Director. I always find myself working with endless dedication. From taking 2 part-time jobs during university years, to the packed calendar with days easily run from 8AM to 3AM in my current job. Some might suggest it is unbalanced, some might raise the question of efficiency. The most meaningful judgement comes from the right perspective. And the right perspective, to me, is what exactly the person wants to pursue. For me, it is not about a work week that is constantly 9-5, it is also not about a salary that is well above the average of what my position would pay. Rather, I find pride in sacrificing what I can for the cause I am working towards: in good performance, in well nurtured teams, in truthful and engaging insights, and in constant improvement. Not all workplaces truly treasure these values, and I am always willing to contribute to those that do.
