  • On Campus Crisis Response Professional Staff on Duty (Lockdown Support)

    With the pandemic outbreak in Shanghai, China. The university switched to off-campus operation and online classes on March 11th, 2022; I moved to the Student Residential Hall with two other Student Life colleagues to support students during the lockdown. (lasted for 80 days) • Support the daily operation of the Res-hall with more than 590 students.• Meal distribution, on-site PCR/Antigen test, student medical issues, and well-being checks.• Supervise staff, collaborating with property management, local police, and medical system.After the pandemic, I stayed in the Res-hall as a Crisis Response Staff.• Live in the student dorm to support students together with the Residential Life, Academic Affairs, and Crisis Response Team.• Help with student crisis situations, including hospital runs for health emergencies, immediate response for well-being cases, and check-in for students who needed help in general. • Coordinate the move from the old dorms to the new ones, including supervising student move-out/in, luggage and furniture transfer.
  • Off Campus Crisis Response Professional Staff on Duty

(Only international exchange student who won)• 14 lifeguards(internationals who were in this program with me) started, and there were only 4 left, including me. Others quit along the way.
