Provide timely and accurate parts book quotations to distributor. • Part sales claims Acknowledge claim to distributor from receipt. Coordinate within the organization (KPAC & BKC) to expedite for claim result. Manage complex customer accounts, scrap & returns processes and claim report and update as required. Provide necessary paperwork (stock adjustment, credit note, debit note and etc.) Send out claim result within 45 working days from receipt of claim request.
