Corporate Communications | Public Relations. Carol Kong is a seasoned communications practitioner with extensive regional experience. She is with Rosewood Hotel Group to build and lead the corporate communications functions. Before joining Rosewood, Carol was with Shangri-La Group, Hong Kong Tourism Board and a public relations agency in Hong Kong and Beijing, where she led multifaceted global/regional communications projects and reputation management with increasing responsibilities. Carol graduated from EHL Swiss School of Tourism and Hospitality and has Master’s Degrees from Australian universities.
