I assisted the Vice President in developing the go-to-market strategy, building the team, and launching key foreign trade processes from scratch. I led the search for new partners in the mining and engineering sectors across Central Asia, Russia, Eastern Europe, Africa, South America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Later, I focused on the company’s strategic regions: CIS, Eastern Europe, and Africa. I was responsible for obtaining product compliance and safety certifications, and preparing import documentation for the EAEU region. I localized equipment and accompanying documentation (technical and commercial), managed international document flows, and was initially the only person in charge of both localization and foreign trade. Later, I helped expand the team with qualified specialists. In the early phase, I handled several roles at once — including marketing, sales, localization, and foreign trade— and later supported leadership in hiring specialized staff.
