At DigitalGlobe: o Successfully negotiated and executed a US$200 Million Satellite Access Agreement with a Japanese customer. o Successfully negotiated and executed a US$80 Million Satellite Access Agreement with an Australian agency. RISK MITIGATION At AVEVA: o Successfully led, investigated and concluded employee matters in Japan, Korea, China, India and Malaysia. o Implemented corporate policies relating to anti-bribery, export control and sanctions for China customers. At DigitalGlobe: o Implemented and conducted trade compliance due diligence and screening process for APAC resellers and distributors. o Conducted large scale training of the company’s FCPA policy for APAC resellers and distributors.
