The role was field-based and demanded high motivation and proactivity to achieve the high demands and expectations. The role also required an ability to understand complex processes and concepts, identify solutions and explain accurately and succinctly the capabilities of the custom service technology. Working closely with the customer and my internal technical and sales team, a thorough and individually tailored sales strategy and solution was developed, to ensure that service pricing was inline with customer experience and satisfaction. I greatly enjoyed being the interface between the company and the customer, working with clients to understand and appreciate current commercial culture, objectives and aspirations and work with them to develop strategies for commercial growth and portfolio development.
