(2 years 10 months) Assist engineer in the installation and hook-up of new handler. Troubleshoot minor and major machine down for EPSON, JHT and Hon-tech handlers. Perform handler conversion. (EPSON, JHT and Hon-tech) Sustained the test production line to assure quality and reliability of products. Responsible to setup handler on VERIGY & UltraFlex testers to run production. Analyzing, troubleshooting and fixing issues such as Low yield, devices confirmation etc. Perform debug and failure analysis on the hardware such as loadboard, sockets and etc. Ability to use multi-meterand scope. Ability to read Gerber file and board layout. Responsible for motherboard troubleshooting for instrument cards, DPS boards, channel cards etc. Communicate with production to relay problems, changes or request information as needed. Perform Hardware Evaluations. Monitor equipment performance and sustained test production line.
