The typical work that I am asked for until date comprise hands-on | operational support in growing/changing family owned (automotive related) companies...not only in words of advice but focus on pragmatic translation into action and story line. Example of assignment requests: New Business Development in non-supported markets. Bring 3 products from start-up companies to the market. Supply and Operations Management. (re-) capturing of the corporate story and mirror if organization and products/ services are in line... prepare a plan of action (organization/services/products/ communication (website and 1:1)). Leadership program facilitator/trainer. Set-up new business unit to enlarge customer/project base for niche/niche automotive product development company. Headhunting/ recruitment and selection of targeted new hires. Systemic coaching. Interim sales- general management.

Working for SHERPA mini-loaders was a honor and a blast that ended way too soon. We could not match mutual expectations. I am very grateful for the experience, because since this experience I know what I am good at, rediscovered my talents and I learned where I can improve. Preferably I am looking for a comparable position where my talents can flow freely. I think I am best in a general leader position where I can guide and empower people, structure and energize the organization and (re-)install commercial common sense and base-line. I do this through systemic and servant leadership. I start by looking at people's and corporate stories and co-author a new joint destination and go from there.
