September 2024 • Provide end user support for technicial issues on the manufacturing lines, ensuring all lines are up and running. • Install, support, upgrade, replace, and remediate all IT Hardware found on manufacturing lines. • Troubleshoot Network issues ranging from the client up to the network switch and IDF. • Troubleshoot Hardware, Operating System and Software issues. • Provide IT Support to swing shift, weekends, and On-call support. • Process troubleshooting requests surrounding Zebra Printers, Shuttle PC's, Advantech PC's, ESD Testers, and Time Clocks. • Follow all proper company and IT procedures related to processing all incidents and changes within the IT environment
