Projects:• Participate RPA Project, assist to design the flow of automatic capitalization, disposal & depreciation process; drive continuous improvement and support users. •Lead as capital assets focal to track PO status, control AR budget, communicate with project managers and capitalize 4 CIP projects under budget in $95MM.•Lead Japan Statutory FA book setup in Oracle Fusion. Communicate with IT and STAT team to align the design and do the test to ensure the ERP system go live smoothly. •Lead migration projects from SSA to Asia center, including historical data cleanup, system setup, and US GAAP alignment etc.Operation: •Maintain 22 ledgers, covering Corporation, Power, and Digital accounting operation in ASEAN, Japan, MENAT, SSA, and China regions. Handle FA daily operation in addition, disposal, projected depreciation calculation, monthly closing and reconciliation etc. •Perform BS review for business on SL & GL; assist the internal & external audit by preparing PBC; and help Japan STAT & Tax team by tax filing.

•Provide consultations on tax planning in United States. •File and review individual tax returns, including Federal and State, and some special forms such as Form 3520, 5471, 114, etc. •File and complete semi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly payroll and payroll report (Form 941, 940, DE9, DE9C, W2, W3) by using AME2.0 software.
