Strong language ability and oversea living experience is an important part of my work and life. I spent 3 years of my childhood life in The United States and later on 1 year of high school education in Canada plus 6 months of working experience in Australian as a retail store staff (face to face local customer service). Also, I majored in Japanese during university and now attend Korean class every weekend. After graduation, I started as an international sales (mainly Australia and Japan customer) in a hardware trading company for 3.5 years and later moved on to my current job as sales for storage devise (HDD and SSD )since 2013. Currently, my major customers are Toshiba PC/ Lenovo and Arris. In my first career, customer and China factories contact for price, schedule and issue solving was a must. Also, each year, we would attended international exhibitions to promote our products. In my current career, to maximize sales and keep low inventory, communication with our HQ (located in Japan) and team members located in different region as well as control customer and ODM forecast is needed. Weekly oversea con call, frequent communication with branch company and ODM, supply monitoring and customers’ project tracking is also part of my routine work. Good team work and negotiation skills are both important facts that brought success to my work. With my previous job experiences and work ability, I hope to be a big plus and bring success to my new work team.
