Job Function: Carried out planning / scheduling on tooling design and fabrication, arrange mould trial and trouble shooting on defects encounter with the process technicians. Generate DFM report for a part before tool fabrication took place. Interpret Moould Flow analysis report to identify the potential defect on the designed part from customers' R&D team. To ensure provide good samples to customer within the time frame provided through negotiation. To ensure the part is running > 85% yield before hand over to production. Projects handled are: The Fire Beam Project (LEMTRONICS), TOSHIBA’s e-Studio module (TIM Electronics), Xerox Alchemy / Sorcery DADH (FLEXTRONICS), and other local and foreign customers.
