Asset Managing and co-ordinating O&M activities on 480Mw of solar farms, meeting targets of strict SLA’s to minimise downtime. Client management/ contract management reporting on activities. Implementing and managing a computerized maintenance management system. Day to day management of a team of 12 skilled engineers, ensuring they are equipped to carry out their duties. Vetting and compliance management of all subcontractors. Trend management for continuous improvement.

Managing the maintenance and compliance on 519,000sqft of property including office and warehouse space. Responsible for ensuring all PPM and reactive maintenance on sites on time, within budget and in accordance with current legislation. Managing multidiscipline site teams.
