My current role of a Communications Specialist demands continuous involvement into department’s strategic development plans, understanding of business needs, and an ability to set and achieve communications aims that support business. I have expertise in building effective communication, creating and delivering communications strategies, content creation, group management, conflict management, presentation, research. I enjoy working with people and seeing that my work brings tangible results: it improves the internal processes of the company and professional experience of its employees. My previous experience of working as an education specialist has helped me to acquire strong soft skills and deep knowledge of applying individual approach to any request, as well as deliver services of the highest quality. Having started my career path at the linguistic university, I have then concentrated on preparing students for the international exams IELTS and TOEFL. During my work, I have developed the following areas: conducting needs analysis, devising and adapting courses according to the needs of students, choosing the most effective approaches to teaching English, offline and online teaching tools, evaluation techniques.
