Over the past two decades, FACT has promoted self-awareness, leadership, and professional development through cultural appreciation, networking, and workshops. By exploring topics in Filipino/ Filipino-American/ Asian American issues, the goal is to listen to the past and apply it to the now. This is a weekend where people come together and make a change. The theme, HEAR & NOW, will focus on each individuals story. Through unraveling the stories of others we learn to reflect and therefore continue to write our own stories. Delegates will be collaborating with facilitators in workshops, with TeamFACT in the conference.
