(2 years 10 months) • Generating inquires of specialty chemicals and annual maintenance of contracts for system like Chilled water, Cooling Tower, Domestic Water, Water quality Analysis & Swimming Pool Water System. • Preparing schedules and arranging team by coordinating with them. • Providing the services and deliveries as per agreed order delivery terms and conditions by coordinating with service department and logistics department. • Preparing of quotations based on the customer requirement for domestic, chilled and swimming pool water systems. • Visiting the sites to check and inspect upon re-quests from client. • Arranging meetings if necessary, with our existing clients and explaining our scope of work as per terms and conditions. • Responds to incoming calls from various sources including clients, sales representatives, internal managers, etc., providing profiling information, scope of work, etc. • To arrange site visits and prepare technical and commercial proposals against client requirements upon singing con-tracts/approval of AMC. • Follow the Complies with company policies and procedures. • Register, Prepare pre qualifications and Participate tenders. • Visit the site and monitoring the working condition and keep good relationship with client representative. • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
