Review WTG drawing, installation manual, instructions specific to the project - Ensure EPC contractor follows approved document for WTG component preparations and installation activities - Oversee and manage installation activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations. - Closely monitor quality of work with EPC contractor and issue Non-conformance report (NCR) when is necessary - Witness and participate in WTG inspection and commissioning process - Discuss and agree on WTG punch-list with relevant parties - Attend site meeting for any WTG related issue or as per request - Work with multi-disciplinary team to identify project risks, barriers, issues and propose possible solutions and mitigation strategies - Coordinate with site HSE team to ensure the work activities are under safety procedure and project requirements - Responsible to ensure any parties before working at WTG complies with PPE requirement. - planning and managing scope, time, budget, and resources for supervising the WTG commissioning activities carried out by the WTG contractor and other sub- contractors to ensure contract compliance
