(1 year 2 months) As a Sales and Service Advisor I functioned as a teller during peak hours and as a banker during non-peak hours I utilized being a teller to my advantage to cross-sell to the existing clients that would be making transactions into their accounts. Finally, I served as the "ATM custodian" which, means balancing and replenishing the ATM in sole custody.

My main function as a branch associate is to provide exceptional customer service to each client in addition to processing teller transactions accurately such a withdraws, deposits, payments and general ledger tickets. Resolve customers' concerns and questions about their accounts as well as performing maintenance on customer profiles. I also made teller referrals to the branch's personal bankers, financial adviser, mortgage and business banker.
