(3 years 1 month) • Assessing the budget of each project. • Giving advice to other individuals in the construction trade, including architects. • Meeting regularly with architects and engineers involved in each project. • Responsible in preparing structural shop drawings such as foundation layout, slab framing and reinforcement layouts, section details, column and beam details, piping layout, electrical layout and other related task concerning structural point of view as per the design drawings and ACI specifications using the AutoCAD. • Scrutinized the supplied specifications and sketches for lack of information and decision required from the design for completion or verification of drawings. • Ensures the plotting of incoming electronic drawing is completed timely so as not to delay the copying and distribution of the drawings. • Developed the CAD models, set up drawings and maintain databases in accordance with the applicable drafting standards and project quality system. • Explain the design and detailing in the design provided and make revision to same as may be agreed. • Performs professional engineering work in preparing, coordinating, or reviewing: facility plans, budgets, designs, drawings, specifications, and calculations necessary for planning and construction of storm sewers, streets, and other Works improvements, and/or to provide other engineering support to the Provinces. • Reviews and updates engineering design specifications, and participates in the development and implementation of both residential and commercial project requirements and standards relating to streets, storm water management, and other aspects of public and private construction. • Monitors municipality construction projects to assure quality of construction and conformance with design and specifications. • Prepares reports, project recommendations or other written materials • Serves as a liaison with agencies for the planning and completion of works projects.
