(1 year 10 months) As Injection Molding Engineer, -Determine injection process concept, production line concept, cycle time process and other equipments needed in line process. -Design and making the injection robot jig. -Working with machine maker/vendor in new project set up, improvements and troubleshootings. -Ensure that the product output are in accordance with the specifications and requirements that have been set either from internal or customers. -Conduct injection molding trial setting and validate parameter setting, summarize and improves any problems in injection molding process and reflecting horizontal improvement for another model and next projects. -Control any trials in sub-contractors or suppliers. -Ensure and conduct operator training and consults to make work instruction. -Technical and management supporting for mold and injection machine maintenance and other injection line issues. -Improving productivity, integrates root causes and decreases defective rate in injection molding processImplements items to achieve the target of department policy. -Create process design, P-FMEA, standard parameter setting and other documents related to new project and existing model needs. -Ensure implementation of IATF and ISO14001:2015 As Tooling Engineer, -Manage and coordinate tooling development with Product designer, PE Center, mold maker and project teams. -Determine tooling plan, specification and timeline based on master schedule. -Reviewing tooling design and ensure tooling design as global standard and production requirements. -Working with mold makers in tooling development, mold repairs and improvements. Reporting to Operational General Manager
