(2 years 10 months) Responsible for all electrical installations of Automated Control Systems for automotive industry, leading teams to achieve all the expectations of the customers, mainly operating in the new market of the electrical vehicles, working for brands as Tesla, Rivian, Lucid, BMW and VW. Power Wiring in general (480v, 240v, 120v), 24v and PLC wiring (Allen Bradley, Siemens), communication wiring and installation (Ethernet, Profinet), interpretation of electrical diagrams, installation of sensors on Robot final actuators and pedestals.

(1 year 6 months) Responsible for Tesla project of interiors assembly, Quality and Production assurance by utilizing Lean Manufacturing Tools and implementing Continuous Improvement strategies to comply with Daily Production planning, leading all the maintenance improvement activities and tracking all the efficiency affecters to assign task force to minimize them, coordinating Core Functional Team to satisfy customer expectations.

Responsible to plan, direct and coordinate the implementation of manufacturing processes for all new projects coming to the company. Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing strategies by utilizing all the knowledge and experience of product design, materials, tooling and equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards. Create plans that optimize work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow. Create specifications and options for tooling and equipment and work with external suppliers to procure, install and implement into the manufacturing facility.

(2 years 10 months) Responsible for launching new products and processes, implementing cost savings and process improvements. Develop equipment layouts, process flows and manufacturing standards and optimize the performance of assembly lines to achieve all the requirements of A class products for BMW and Mercedes Benz as customers, leading the movement to change and become a premium world class plant. 3 years 8 months (1 year 6 months) Leader for Powertrain Cooling business unit, in charge of leading all operations activities for BLDC motors, leading all the Cross Functional Teams involved in the area, such as Production, Maintenance, Quality, Process and Planning.

(1 year 9 months) In charge of maintain the stability of the production line, developing documentation of APQP (PFMEA, Work Instruction), leading changes and corrections in the process and activities for continuous improvement, working with maintenance department to solve the problems related with Down Time by machinery by providing analysis of root causes and addressing corrective and preventive actions for the elimination of incidences.
