Formulate the vertical field development plan and annual business plan for the division, and be responsible for achieving the division's operational indicators.​ Promote the orderly progress of various operational management tasks within the division based on the business plan, ensuring the achievement of all operational indicators.​ Develop customer acquisition and maintenance strategies, lead the team to expand the market, and increase market share.​ Establish the organizational structure of the division to enhance organizational efficiency.​ Take the lead in coordinating work with internal/external suppliers and cross-departments of the division to ensure smooth overall operations.

Possess experience in automotive industry public relations communication or integrated marketing communication, with project acquisition and pitch planning experience. Priority given to those with overseas project management experience.​ Over 10 years of team management experience.​ Have business thinking, excellent overseas market insight, strategic planning capabilities, and organizational coordination skills.​ Have strong proposal planning capabilities to provide framework ideas for pitch-type projects.​ Be proficient in Russian as a working language.​ Be able to accept long-term overseas assignment.
