Job Description: Text Translation Responsible for translating Vietnamese texts into English texts, including but not limited to business contracts, technical documents, market reports, advertising copy and other kinds of documents. Ensure that the translated content accurately conveys the meaning of the original text, is semantically clear and logically coherent, and conforms to English expression conventions. Terminology Management and Updating Manage and maintain Vietnamese-English terminology database to ensure consistency and accuracy of terminology translation. Update and expand the terminology database in a timely manner according to project needs to improve translation efficiency and accuracy. Quality checking and revision Conduct quality checks on the initial translated text to ensure that there are no errors or omissions in the translation. Revise questionable or uncertain translations or discuss with team members to determine the best translation. Client Communication and Feedback Maintain good communication with clients to clarify translation needs and solve problems in the translation process. Collect customer feedback and continuously optimize translation quality and service level. Industry Knowledge Learning Pay attention to the language and culture dynamics of Vietnamese and English-speaking countries, and understand the trend of the industry. Continuously learn new translation theories and techniques to improve your own translation level and professionalism.
