Fully responsible for the company's overall operations, including technical processes, production management, and quality management, to ensure the continuous, smooth, and high-quality delivery of silver powder projects.

1. Degree in Metallurgy, Materials, or related fields; 2. Over 5 years of experience in a senior management or project management role in medium to large-scale silver powder production; 3. Experience in leading or being a key member of a project involving the construction and successful commissioning of a production line with an annual output of over 100 tons of silver powder for the front electrode paste of solar panels; 4. Proficient in silver refining and purification, with extensive practical experience in production technology and equipment principles for silver powder used in solar panel front electrodes; 5. In-depth understanding of the future development of silver powder materials, with an innovative mindset; 6. Extensive team-building experience and strong organizational and coordination skills; 7. Experience working with companies such as Japan’s Tohoku, DuPont, or Germany’s Heraeus is preferred, with conditions flexible for suitable candidates.
