Job responsibilities
Employment Type: Remote (U.S.-based only) Team Mission: Cold-launch in North America with the "connect through content" mindset: build & operate a seed network of university/interest-based audiences, and manage a paid campus ambassador program. Key Responsibilities 1. City & Campus Cold Launch: Select launch cities & initial universities; secure access to club/event/university channel resources; design and execute a full growth loop (content → conversations → retention). 2. Campus Ambassador Program: Own the end-to-end campus ambassador initiative (recruitment, training, quality checks, scheduling, and performance management). 3. Community & Content: Build segmented local seed user communities (women-focused/interest-based); lead themed events & UGC challenges to boost first-post completion rates, engagement rates, and multi-turn conversation share. 4. Partnership Expansion & Channel Management: Collaborate with university clubs, interest groups, campus media, offline businesses, and community organizations to secure sponsorships, co-branded activations, and venue partnerships; document reusable partnership templates & rate sheets. Meanwhile, set up & maintain employer profiles, handle university approvals, and post roles on relevant platforms.
Job Requirements
Qualifications Must-Haves 1. Based full-time in the U.S.; 3+ years of experience in campus/local community ops, city-wide ground promotion, campus/brand ambassador programs, or community growth (with non-Chinese network resources or on-the-ground case studies to share). 2. Deep familiarity with U.S. university club & career services ecosystems (student government, Greek life, career centers, Handshake, etc.); ability to independently secure on-campus tabling, sponsorships, or event spaces. 3. Strong execution & owner mindset: capable of defining self-driven goals, budgets, and timelines; launch a 0→1 city pilot and formalize scalable playbooks. 4. Excellent English & Chinese communication + cross-cultural collaboration skills; alignment with and ability to uphold our brand values (respect & safety, anti-objectification, women-friendly). Nice-to-Haves 1. Experience with creator/KOL/KOC programs (including content guidelines & messaging frameworks). 2. Knowledge of local event permits & university policy processes.
