Job Responsibilities<br/><br/>Oversee the library to ensure cleanliness, order, and protection of the library’s resources <br/>Develop and organize library inventory (e.g. with books, collections, periodicals, multimedia, etc.)Conduct regular checks and updates on database information<br/>Help students research reading materials and references<br/>Answer students’ questions via phone or email<br/>Publish and update content on the library’s website (e.g. book summaries, reviews, blog, etc.)<br/>Research and implement new information system techniques<br/>Coordinate library activities and promotional events<br/>Manage library budgeting and billing for new equipment<br/>Supervise library assistants and other staff<br/><br/>

Requirements:<br/><br/>· A bachelor’s degree in a related fields of English, Librarian Studies, Literature or Cyber studies<br/>· Experience using computers and working with electronic databases<br/>· In-depth knowledge of library policies, procedures and practices<br/>· Knowledge of bibliographic management tools and technology<br/>· Knowledge of principles and practices of library materials acquisition<br/>· Knowledge of proper research methodology<br/>· 1 plus year of relevant experience (3+ years preferred)
