Global Marketing Strategy Formulation and Overseas Social Media Operation 1.Develop global marketing strategies and brand promotion plans in alignment with the company’s business objectives, and keep track of overseas marketing activities and social media platforms. 2.Independently manage accounts on major overseas social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram), including content planning, localized copywriting, coordination of visual design, and fan interaction, to achieve goals for fan growth and conversion. 4.Regularly analyze overseas market trends, competitor dynamics and user behaviors, and optimize social media content strategies to enhance brand influence. 5.Monitor overseas market policies and cultural risks to ensure that marketing content is compliant and consistent with local cultural contexts.

1.Full-time bachelor’s degree or above; English as a working language; proficiency in a second foreign language is a plus. 2.Experience in internet, cross-border e-commerce or foreign-funded enterprises is preferred; candidates with successful cases of building and operating overseas social media accounts from scratch will be given extra credit. 3.Familiar with the logic of content creation on major overseas platforms. 4.Sharp cross-cultural insight: able to quickly capture the concerns of users in overseas markets and design localized communication content. 5.Data-driven mindset: good at optimizing operation strategies based on social media data (engagement rate, CPL, ROI). 6.Strong pressure resilience and innovative awareness: capable of efficiently coordinating cross-border teams across different time zones and adapting to fast-paced iterative work.
