Job responsibilities
1. Responsible for channel development, dealer development, and management and control in overseas regions; 2. Responsible for developing sales plans, tracking and reviewing them on a weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual basis, and achieving sales targets; 3. Responsible for STI resource allocation and dealer sales process control; 4. Responsible for developing SO marketing plans for terminal stores and supervising dealers to implement them; 5. Responsible for the management, performance evaluation, and training of the local sales team; 6. Responsible for business cooperation negotiations and sales data analysis; 7. Responsible for dealer price control and market order control; 8. Responsible for local market insights and competitor analysis.
Job Requirements
1. Have experience and successful cases of brand expansion in local areas; 2. Familiar with the overall sales experience of SI, STI, and SO in the product; 3. Possess experience in channel and customer management, as well as experience in terminal store management; 4. Possess business negotiation skills, proficient in English/local language listening, speaking, reading, and writing; 5. Have experience in permanent overseas offices and over 5 years of experience in foreign markets.
