Job Description: 1. Gather new market demand for certain products of Clinical Trials Inc. in order to develop new business. 2. Help sales and other departments to get new samples confirmed by guests and send to them. Prepare the meeting in time, prepare the samples for customers to pick, record some special requirements in the meeting, when the guests pick in the information samples, we will take photos at the end to keep and send the samples to the factory to make samples. 3. Communicate with customers and follow up the development of samples, send samples, inquiries and provide product information to customers, follow up customer feedback. 4. Contact customers to confirm samples, prompt orders, reply to customer inquiries, quotes, confirm orders, receive and process orders, contact factories to prepare for production, control quality. 5. Confirm the packaging details, review the packaging materials provided, place the order to the factory, contact the testing company for inspection, assist the shipping department to prepare shipping documents and collaborate with the booking, prepare for shipment. 6. Maintain customer relationship, deal with some shipping matters, make invoice information to customers, loan recovery. 7. Follow up repeat orders and develop new market.

1. At least graduate from a bachelor's degree; Good English proficiency (CET6 or above). 2. More than 5 years of work experience. Three years must be spent in the above-mentioned positions. 3. Have good marketing skills and good communication skills. 4. Diligent and hardworking, with a high level of teamwork and dedication. 5. Familiar with trade, sales, and international services.
