Experienced Interior Designer Needed in KunmingThis job position is in Kunming city, capital of Yunnan province.About the PositionHC Interior designing, a well-known interior design and decoration firm, one of the Top 5 interior design and decoration company in Kunming city, is recruiting for interior designers with international interior design and decoration experience.Description 1. coordinating and planning the company promotional activities；enhancing the company design comprehensive ability; improving the company brand popularity to lay a solid foundation for building international first-class decoration enterprise and exploring the international market; 2. managing and coordinating the internal work of company's design department to mobilize and motivate work capacity and efficiency for the entire department; making out the complete design process, the criterion of assessment and control methods; developing the domestic and international markets with goals and plans; 3. providing vocational skills training and career planning training for the on-the-job designer in order to improve the design level of the whole design team; creating a professional commercial design team with clear international style to make the operation and management of the company's design team more sophisticated; recruiting and training the designers to form the international design team; establishing a perfect Chinese-foreign talent pool; 4. Making unique creative strategies for design projects; making an accurate budget and timetable to ensure the effective development for the design project and the constrution; 5. grasping the international design trend and the domestic market; communicating with key customers accurately and effectively and making out the great design works for all commercial customers; 6. making an analysis for Yunnan Province and the country's commercial design market; combined with the company's development plan, developing detailed short-term work plans and long-term work plan to develop new projects and increase company profit margins 7.
