1. Bachelor degree or above 2. Have more than 10 years of experience in manufacturing management, with at least 5 years of experience in Apple, and under 45 years old 3. Fluent in English speaking and able to communicate without barriers 4. Have team management skills; ability to implement plans; ability to coordinate departmental work 5. Proficient in cost analysis, personnel training, asset custody, and departmental work coordination and management 6. Project management experience is preferred
