Job responsibilities
1.To showcase products from our e-commerce stores via a variety of international live streaming platforms(Tiktok、Youtube、Facebook)
2.To interact with shoppers, answer their questions and providing recommendations until they are ready to buy; Expand our brand awareness and attract new customers via these live streaming shopping activities.
3. Pay close attention to industrial trends and tap into hot topics to promote our products. Work with team members to launch news products timely in response to new trends.
4. To collect feedback from fans and deliver reports in order to improve live streaming quality and boost customer loyalty;
Job Requirements
Native English speaker, preferably from the U.S. or UK;
1+ years of live streaming experience is a plus;
Great charisma and good sense of style is a plus;
Being helpful and having the ability to motivate people;
Being able to learn and memorize things fast;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Being resourceful and ready to solve problems at any time;
Good team spirit.
