1. According to the company's strategic planning, market policy and customer needs, participate in the planning of energy storage business direction and grasp the technical route; 2. Lead the technical team to formulate comprehensive technical solutions for energy storage systems, provide key technical research, technical risk assessment, technical support and decision-making, and form technical service capabilities; 3. Responsible for guiding, handling, coordinating and solving major technical service problems of the company's system integration, and enhancing the competitiveness of the company's integration solutions; 4. Responsible for the energy storage system integration technology system, including the specification and definition of technical standards, the selection and maintenance of related devices, and the review of technical solutions; 5. Solve integration technical problems, investigate and explore customer needs, and propose targeted solutions; 6. Responsible for the production, testing guidance and fault handling of the energy storage integrated system, guiding the on-site construction, providing technical support, and cooperating with the engineering department to complete the implementation of the project.

1. Bachelor degree or above; 2. Led and participated in overseas energy storage projects, proficient in relevant principles and technologies, and has rich practical experience; 3. Familiar with the structure of large-scale energy storage products on the power supply side, power grid side and user side, including knowledge and technical standards in the field of system integration such as battery cells, PCS, BMS, EMS, etc., as well as energy storage industry standard system, design specifications, test methods, engineering acceptance standards and domestic and foreign qualification declaration standards; 4. Experience in integrated design and development of energy storage, familiar with distributed energy, electric energy storage, photovoltaic, electrical system design and on-site management, and experience in the development of energy storage converters, battery management systems, battery integrated design and other products is preferred; 5. Be able to deeply understand the operation format of the energy storage industry, grasp the technological development trends and trends of the energy storage industry, and have their own unique insights on key technologies; 6. Have a sense of the overall situation, innovative spirit, customer thinking, and strong anti-pressure ability; 7. Familiar with the relevant standards of overseas energy storage systems, experience in overseas energy storage projects is preferred; 8. Able to accept and adapt to overseas high-frequency business trips, English can be used as a working language, and those who can communicate without barriers are preferred
