1. Starting from the initiation of new projects, formulate project development plans, assemble project teams, and drive projects to complete trial production and pilot production in accordance with the development process, ultimately achieving smooth mass production. 2. Clearly define the goals for each stage of the project, manage and implement the verification items required for each stage of the project; organize the project team to discuss and implement solutions for existing problem points. 3. Effectively monitor the project according to the development plan, including quality, cost, risk points, and progress control, etc. 4. Efficiently manage project development process documents, as well as customer complaints and internal problem points; accumulate failure experience from the project. 5. Be responsible for maintaining good relationships among all parties involved in the project process, coordinate resources from all aspects of the team, and ensure the smooth progress of the project.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in automation or mechanical engineering, proficient in English communication, and basic Chinese communication skills are preferred. 2. Familiar with the project development process, with over 5 years of experience in non-standard automation mechanism/software design and project management. 3. Strong logical thinking and summary skills, capable of conducting demand analysis and writing project plans. 4. Good language and writing skills, quick thinking, cheerful personality, and adept at coordinating and communicating interpersonal relationships.
