Lead the product, operations, and business teams to manage user traffic, transaction volume, and quality across multiple international business lines such as inbound and outbound travel, customized tours, and hotels. Effectively decompose the company's strategic objectives and propose innovative planning solutions based on these strategies. Possess strong execution capabilities, excellent judgment, and collaboration skills to coordinate with the operations and technical teams, swiftly implement strategies, and achieve business goals. Collaborate with global external partners and suppliers to jointly create superior and innovative product experiences in the domestic and international travel sectors. Work with the R&D team to ensure the delivery timeline and quality of the product.

Over 10 years of experience in C-end products, with a preference for those with experience in the travel, hotel, or other OTA industries. Strong data sensitivity, a focus on user experience, and good communication, coordination, and project management skills. Proficiency in English, able to use it as a working language, with a preference for those with overseas work or study experience. Experience with at least one complete product lifecycle and in-depth thinking and methodology in a specific niche area.
