1.Responsible for customer training, onsite technical support and troubeshooting; 2.Take phone calls, answer emails, travel across US/ Canada to help customer with their questions; 3.Help change and switch new parts for damaged equipment; 4.Help introduce/ promote new products and technologies to clients, and collect market feedback and suggestions; 5.Work cooperatively within a team and with other departments, 6.Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

1.College diploma or equivalent, major in Computer Science, Engineering or other related majors 2.Strong ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in the time-sensitive environment 3.Experience working with A/V equipment a plus 4.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds 5.Working in a multicultural environment.
