1. Participated in the formulation of the company's development strategy, annual business plan and the overall planning of product r&d strategy; 2. Responsible for the establishment and management of the r&d team of magnetic components of the company, and the training of the technical r&d team; 3. Investigate and evaluate advanced technology of the industry, introduce internal r&d team, technical planning and implementation; 4. Lead the development team to manage, develop and design the company's business system, and be responsible for the development tasks demand analysis and development planning; 5. Direct technical communication and coordination with client designers; 6. Coordinate the communication between team members and other departments.

1. Bachelor degree or above in electronics or electrical related majors, electromagnetic components/power supply industry experience is preferred; 2.More than 8 years working experience, more than 3 years team management experience; 3. Familiar with r&d project management, IATF16949 certification requirements and related products knowledge of laws and regulations. 4. Cutting-edge industry knowledge, very clear understanding of the industry, market and products, with the same industry joint venture/foreign brand enterprise background is preferred; 5. Clear technical system thinking, strong project planning, management and communication skills; 6, English must be able to work as a language, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan or foreigners preferred.
