Job responsibilities
Job Responsibilities Team building and management Responsible for setting up and optimizing the team structure, selecting and training excellent team members; Formulate team management system and process to ensure standardized and efficient team operation; Supervise the work progress of team members, give timely guidance and feedback to ensure work quality and efficiency; Coordinating the cooperation between team members and resolving internal conflicts and contradictions within the team. Goal Setting and Execution Formulate specific goals and plans for the team based on the overall strategy and business objectives of the Group; Decompose goals to each team member to ensure that individual goals are consistent with team goals; Tracking the implementation of team goals, adjusting strategies and methods in time to ensure that the goals are reached; Regularly report the progress and achievements of the team's work to the senior management of the Group and make suggestions for improvement. Business Development and Project Promotion Analyze the market demand and competitive situation, and assist the team in expanding new business areas and customer groups; Responsible for planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating the team's projects; Coordinate internal and external resources to promote the smooth implementation of projects and ensure project quality and progress; Summarize project experience and promote team knowledge sharing and innovation capability. Communication and Coordination Responsible for the team's communication and coordination with various departments within and outside the Group; Communicate group policies and directives in a timely manner to ensure team members understand and comply; Collecting opinions and suggestions from team members, reflecting them to the senior management of the Group and soliciting support; Maintaining good relationship with partners and facilitating the smooth implementation of cooperative projects. Training and Development Develop team training plan and organize various training and learning activities; Encourage team members to participate in professional training and certification exams to enhance professionalism; Pay attention to the career development of team members and provide promotion and development opportunities; Create a positive team atmosphere and stimulate team members' enthusiasm and creativity.
Job Requirements
1. Graduate of a top 30 US University/College 2. Passion for education, foreign cultures, and working with young scholars 3. Planning and organizational skills 4. Excellent English writing and editing skills 5. Superb verbal communication skills 6. Ability to work independently under pressure 7. 2+ years of management experience 8.Experience in education, writing, editing, admission counseling, mentorship, and tutoring is a plus
