1. Independently complete the on-site implementation work of robots; 2. Configure firmware for hardware equipment, such as robots, conveyor lines, etc.; 3. Provide implementation support for the sales team; 4. Support customers during and after customer deployment to ensure the smooth operation of HAI products; 5. Implement complex large-scale warehouse automation projects, including the installation of AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles), ACRs (Automated Crane Robots), AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots), conveyor lines and related equipment; 6. Formulate testing and acceptance standards, and conduct on-site inspections and evaluations for project management; 7. Conduct automated system integration testing and assist in software testing during project implementation. 1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Robotics/Electronic Engineering or related majors, with relevant professional knowledge; 2. Strong analytical skills, as well as strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities; 3. Familiar with Linux/UNIX and SQL, and able to write scripts to execute tasks automatically; 4. Basic knowledge of VPN (Virtual Private Network), firewalls and routers; 5. Willing to travel on business; 6. Proficiency in English as a working language.
