Job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities  Provide remote and on-site technical guidance to customers during installation, commissioning, and operation & maintenance phases.  Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by customers, coordinating promptly with internal teams (R&D, Quality, Production) to ensure rapid response and resolution.  Develop and maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions to drive continuous product improvement.  Deliver technical training to partners and end-users, and provide pre-sales technical support to potential customers.  Collaborate cross-functionally with upstream departments to relay market feedback and customer requirements, contributing to product enhancements.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements  Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Energy & Power Engineering, Power Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.  Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in technical roles within industries such as: Photovoltaic (PV) inverters or modules Energy storage PCS (Power Conversion Systems) Residential or commercial battery energy storage systems (BESS) UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) or other power electronics products  Fluent in English (both spoken and written), capable of using it as a working language for daily communication, documentation, and customer interaction. Candidates with IELTS 6.5 / TOEFL 90 or equivalent certification are preferred.  Strong sense of ownership, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.  Outstanding cross-cultural communication skills and a genuine commitment to customer service.
