Update and manage the Design of the Taobao store. • Research about upcoming promotions or special days. Create or edit content in advance to maximize efforts. • Provide excellent customer service. o Communicate with customers to answers questions about the products or brand. o Follow up with current clients to ensure customer satisfaction. o Fully understand the brand and company to provide the correct message. • Meet monthly revenue goals, maximize profits. • Manage all Taobao store operational and logistical operations. • Work with the marketing team to promote the brands content on Taobao. • Able to perform data analysis on the Taobao data then communicate with marketing team to help create a platform plan. • Manage the stores product inventory. Help to package products and send to customers in timely manner.

Qualifications: • Proficient with a computer and the Taobao platform programing. • At least 1 year experience in managing a Taobao store. • Fluent in Mandarin, ability to communicate in English. • Able to self-manage timelines to efficiently meet company goals. • General understanding of online marketing. • Experience in retail sales, the ability to close a sale with a customer.
