Prepare lessons carefully according to the teaching system and provide after-class guidance. Design engaging and safe training programs based on students' interests and strengths. Participate in teaching research to ensure professional, scientific, and standardized instruction. Provide scientific guidance for students’ training, grading examinations, and development. Track students’ learning progress and focus on teaching quality. Follow management arrangements, attend coach training sessions on time, and complete assigned tasks.

Korean nationality, Bachelor’s degree or above, Taekwondo 4th Dan or higher. Passionate about Taekwondo, with strong professional ethics, friendly personality, responsibility, and patience. Understand children’s psychology and cognitive development; able to teach according to individual needs. Experience teaching children (4–16 years old) and adults; able to conduct classes independently.
