Job responsibilities
• Provide individual and group golf instruction
• Develop personalized coaching programs
• Analyze player performance and improve techniques
• Conduct junior development programs and golf clinics
• Support club events, promotions, and member engagement
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and service
Job Requirements
• PGA certification or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 2 years of coaching experience
• Bachelor’s degree (required for China work visa)
• Strong communication skills in English
• Positive attitude and passion for teaching
