Experience: 5+ years in product compliance, with expertise in global regulations (e.g., FCC, CE, UL, RoHS) for consumer electronics/mobile devices. Proven experience in managing carrier technical requirements databases and optimizing processes toward AI/ML-driven solutions. Skills: Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., ADO) and technical documentation. Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (HW/SW/Verification) for technical reviews and compliance alignment. Familiarity with carrier specifications (RFP/CFS/CM) and certification processes (LE to TA).

Soft Skills: Excellent English communication (written & verbal) for global collaboration. Results-driven with Agile (Sprint) experience, capable of progress reporting and issue resolution. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of AI/ML applications in requirements management. Experience in RF compliance or carrier certification for mobile devices.
