1. Mechanical and transmission related majors, proficient in the operating principles and mechanisms of CVT; 2. More than 5 years of experience in designing and developing CVT systems based on Bosch's CVT steel strip; 3. Familiar with the transmission principle and failure mode of steel strip system; 4. Familiar with the production process and key control points of CVT steel strips (including push plates and steel rings); 5. Can guide on-site production and quality improvement;
